As you will already be aware, Monday 19th September has been declared a Bank Holiday in respect of the State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Changes to normal opening hours
Along with the rest of the nation, we send our deepest condolences to the Royal Family following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. On the day of the state funeral Hixon Group will close to allow our team to be together with their family and friends to be part of this historical national moment and pay their respects.
Emergency Contacts
We appreciate that closure may not be possible for your business and as with any other bank holiday, our on call technical support team will be providing cover for extreme / urgent cases. If you have any issues, you will be able to raise an emergency ticket on the support area of our help centre.
Our offices will reopen as normal on Tuesday 20th September at 09:00 and any non urgent cases will be dealt with that have been raised during the closure with highest priority.
