In order to make sure your business is prepped for the holiday season, we like to announce our own availability for the period as early as possible. If you need to make any last minute major changes or updates to your IT systems please let us know as soon as possible.

Changes to opening hours
Our offices will be closed from 4pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025 until Friday the 2nd of January 2026.

Emergency contacts
In case of emergency, our monitoring team are tasked with 24/7/365 monitoring and maintenance of our hardware and networks; any critical issues that might crop up are handled per our standard response times, regardless of the time of year.
In the event of an emergency please submit a ticket with the subject “Emergency” and include as much information as possible, this includes your mobile telephone number so an engineer can call you back as soon as possible.
