Wishing You a Happy New Year!
It’s been a strange old year, on the upside 2021 can only be a better year for businesses…
It’s that time of the year again when the support desk starts to go quiet, and I find a moment to stop and reflect on the last 12 months as I eat yet another mince pie.
Now I know what you are thinking… 2020 certainly didn’t turn out to be the kind of year any of us planned for, but one thing is for sure, we won’t forget about it in a hurry.
What an absolute rollercoaster of a year it’s been, from the wave of rules and restrictions to a lack of toilet rolls and flour, all of this whilst dealing with back-to-back online meetings disrupted by pets and children craving attention.
Things have just moved and changed so quickly with extended periods of uncertainty leaving many of us feeling like we are on the edge of despair.

Before we say goodbye to 2020…
It’s not all been doom and gloom though, it’s been so nice to see how so many of our customers, team members, suppliers and our local communities have come together to not only respond to these challenges but also thrive.
As many businesses have gone remote and utilised technology to its full potential to allow them to continue to exist, I feel a sense of pride that the solutions we deliver have played a small part in helping you to overcome some of these challenges and kept you going.
Let’s give a warm welcome to 2021…
Looking at the year ahead we have a lot of things to look forward to, let’s face it, things can only get better after this year. I’m looking forward to returning in the new year as we have a busy schedule for January as we launch two new products, both designed to simplify remote access and boost productivity for those working at home and the office.
