If someone has shared their Outlook calendar with you, you’ll need to add it to your calendar to view it.
How to view shared calendar in Outlook
To open a shared calendar in Outlook follow the below instructions:
- Go to Calendar in Outlook and click + Add Calendar.
- Next, select Open Shared Calendar and enter the Calendar Name or select Name… and search for the name in the Address Book, then click OK.
- If done correctly and you have permission it will Open the Shared Calendar.
