Opening a Shared Calendar in Outlook

If someone has shared their Outlook calendar with you, you’ll need to add it to your calendar to view it.

How to view shared calendar in Outlook

To open a shared calendar in Outlook follow the below instructions:

  • Go to Calendar in Outlook and click + Add Calendar.

  • Next, select Open Shared Calendar and enter the Calendar Name or select Name… and search for the name in the Address Book, then click OK.

  • If done correctly and you have permission it will Open the Shared Calendar.
