Microsoft Outlook is being used by many workplaces that work with remote or hybrid models as a communication and collaboration tool. Meetings and events are easier to coordinate if you can share your calendar with colleagues.

To give everyone in your organisation access to your Outlook calendar follow the below instructions:
- Select your Calendar, in the top ribbon click on Share Calendar.
- Select My Organisation
- From the permissions click on Can Edit, the options selected should look like the below.
- Click on Apply, then click on Ok. That’s it, your calendar is now shared with everyone in your organisation.
