As 2024 comes to an end, we wanted to send you all a personal note reflecting on the milestones we’ve achieved and express our heartfelt gratitude to all our incredible customers and partners.
2024 Milestones & Achievements
This year has been one of growth, collaboration, and innovation at Hixon Group. Here are just a few of the highlights:
- Serving over 500 valued customers
We have continued to serve over 500 customers, from manufacturing to professional services, with tailored IT support and cybersecurity solutions.
- Welcoming New Talent
We have welcomed our talented T-Level students, Josh Norton and Guy Pearce, to our team, offering hands-on support and contributing fresh ideas.
- Collaborating with Keele University
We have partnered with Keele University students Nivedita Saha and Vanshika Jain through the Flourish Programme, collaborating to enhance our marketing strategy, you’ll be seeing the content they’ve come up with soon!
- Award-Winning Sustainability
We were nominated and won AQC5 Sustainablity Champion of the Year in the Managed IT Service category.
- Driving Innovation
Continued innovation as a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider, helping businesses transition seamlessly to Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud, while also introducing enhanced security measures to protect against emerging threats.
Making an Impact
As we continue to grow and develop as a business, so does our drive to make the world a better place, to preserve our planet for future generations and to positively impact the communities we live in.
We have strengthened our commitment to sustainability by setting annual targets to reduce and offset our business and team’s carbon emissions.
This year, we have continued to take significant steps toward a greener future and again decided to forego sending out Christmas cards and have instead planted 1,000 trees via our partners at Ecologi.
Over the past two years we have avoided over 23 tonnes of carbon, which doesn’t sound a lot but equates to 58,825 miles driven in a car!

Christmas Opening Hours
In line with the holiday spirit, we would like to inform you about our Christmas opening hours. Our offices will be closed from the 24th of December and will reopen on the 2nd of January.
During this period, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to celebrate Christmas with their families.
Please take note of these dates, and plan any necessary actions or communications accordingly. If you anticipate any requirements or have urgent matters that need attention before our closure, please feel free to reach out to us at support@hixongroup.com so that we can assist you promptly. For any urgent matters during our closer, please state ‘Emergency‘ when submitting a support ticket.
